The driver of a charter bus involved in a crash that killed a man and a woman and injured dozens more early Tuesday on Interstate 95 south of Richmond, Virginia, was arrested.
Yui Man Chow, 40, of Staten Island, New York, is charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter, Virginia State Police said.
Fifty-seven people, including Chow, were aboard the Tao's Travel bus when it overturned on an exit ramp at the 45-mile marker of I-95 in Prince George County near Kingwood, according to police.
The bus was traveling from Orlando, Florida, to New York City.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
One person died at the scene and a second died a few hours later at a nearby hospital, police said. Authorities have not released their names.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration was at the scene with Virginia State Police's Motor Carrier Safety Team, police said around midday Tuesday. Prince George Fire & EMS crews also responded to the scene.
Drivers traveling north on I-95 through the area were told to expect delays and a detour, authorities said.
