Austin man injured in Freeborn County crash Friday

(ABC 6 News) – An Austin man was sent to the hospital after a crash in Freeborn County Friday evening.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 31-year-old Travis Lyle Wayne and 57-year-old Todd Edwin Nelson, both of Austin, were driving west on I-90 when they collided near mile marker 170.
Nelson suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin for treatment. The State Patrol says Wayne was not hurt.
The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office and Mayo Ambulance assisted at the scene.
