Missing Greenup County girl found safe

A missing 14-year-old girl in Greenup County, Kentucky, has been found safe.

Katelynn Calhoun had been reported missing Monday afternoon, but Greenup County officials said she has been located.

Greenup County emergency officials are searching for a teen who went missing with her dog.

Officials said Katelynn Calhoun, 14, was last seen leaving her home off of Route 1 near Argillite Elementary in Argillite about noon Monday. She was with her dog, Luna, which is a tan and white Labrador.

Katelynn is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, 130 pounds and wearing a blue shirt and pink shorts. She has a mild form of autism.
