TAMPA, FL — Singer Post Malone is coming to the Sunshine State for a show at Amalie Arena on Oct. 24. Tickets are now on sale to see Malone in Tampa as part of his current "Runaway Tour."

Now known to the world as Post Malone, the singer was born Austin Richard Post in Syracuse, New York, and raised in Grapevine, Texas. The R&B star's career hit its stride with the release of the single "White Iverson" in 2015, which climbed to the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100. The rapper would soon sign a recording contract with Republic Records.

Post Malone's career has been on fire by any measure since. His debut studio album, "Stoney," reached number four on the U.S. Billboard 200, and his second album, "Beerbongs & Bentleys," debuted at number one in 2018. It included smash hits "Psycho" and "Rockstar" and was nominated for Album of the Year at the Grammy Awards that year. Soon after, Malone collaborated with Swae Lee for the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse soundtrack. Their song, "Sunflower," topped the charts.

Earlier this month, the musician released his third studio album, "Hollywood's Bleeding." Debuting to critical acclaim, the record includes the smash singles, "Wow," "Goodbyes," "Circles" and "Sunflower." Now, Malone is embarking on his third headlining tour, "Runaway Tour," to promote the album. The tour kicks off Sept. 14 in Tacoma, Washington, before traveling to 31 cities across the U.S. "Runaway Tour" is slated to wrap up in Los Angeles on Nov. 21.

Fans in Tampa are sure to hear a mix of Post Malone's new songs and past favorites. The rapper will perform at Amalie Arena on Thursday Oct. 24 at 8 p.m. Tickets are now on sale, with seats starting at $110.
