Diagnosed COVID-19 cases now total 137 in Utah after Saturday's latest numbers from the Utah Department of Health. The novel coronavirus continues to affect businesses, resorts and individuals throughout the state, turning distilleries into sanitizer producers and even pausing some parking enforcement in Salt Lake City.
