3-acre site near Trinity Groves in West Dallas sells to urban housing builder

EcoView Homes has already built urban-style housing in East Dallas.

A large, high-profile property in West Dallas has been snapped up by a local builder with a track record of constructing urban housing.

EcoView Homes recently bought the almost 3-acre tract on Sylvan Avenue near Singleton, close to the popular Trinity Groves district west of downtown. The property is now occupied by a hodgepodge of businesses, including a vehicle repair facility.

"EcoView Homes has spent the past few years acquiring contiguous parcels of property with the focus of building a meaningful mixed use project that will enhance the livability and lifestyle for the Trinity Groves," said EcoView's Harshal Broker.
