Yahoo Movies Marvel's Chris Evans responds to brilliant Avengers: Endgame Black Lives Matter fan edit
Captain America star Chris Evans has spoken out in support of a Black Lives Matter fan edit of the final battle in Avengers: Endgame – which ends in Cap voicing the infamous words: "Avengers assemble," calling the armies to battle.
The video of the final battle has been edited so that certain characters in the resistance are given labels such as "Twitter awareness", "Donators", "Protesters" and "Petition Makers", as well as "Batman", "BTS and Kpop stans" and "Elmo" for good measure.
Community actress Yvette Nicole Brown shared the video with Evans on Twitter, asking him if he'd seen it, to which he replied: "I have now :) it's fantastic!!! Thank you for sharing it with me."

Meanwhile John Boyega, star of the most recent Star Wars trilogy, has taken to Twitter to ask "what's next" when it comes to building an anti-racist society, to "inspire new ways of thinking, building, and growing, together".
The actor has received overwhelming support since delivering a passionate and tearful speech at a Black Lives Matter protest in Hyde Park on Wednesday (June 3).
"We are a physical representation of our support for George Floyd. We are a physical representation of our support for Sandra Bland. We are a physical representation of our support for Trayvon Martin. We are a physical representation of our support for Stephen Lawrence," John said in his speech.
"I'm speaking to you from my heart. Look, I don't know if I'm going to have a career after this, but f**k that. Today is about innocent people who were halfway through their process."

John's Instagram post began: "I want to thank you all for the love and support you have shared over the last few days, although nothing I have done is for praise, or is truly even enough, in the grand scheme of things.
"This is an intense time for our community, and the most important thing is for us to maintain momentum and not lose sight of how critical it is to pursue long term solutions and commitments, for the sake of our generation, and the next.
"Our individual pursuits of success and belonging remain, but now more than ever, it’s important to use this movement as fuel to inspire new ways of thinking, building, and growing, together. I believe any great movement starts with a renewal of the mind."

He continued: "I know you're all thinking, what's next? Where do we go from here? Because I'm thinking the same s**t!
"Conversations about black businesses, ownership and support are happening, and I will continue to have these conversations with the full intention of birthing ideas that are sustainable and tangible."
