Pa. woman, 22, dies in crash early on New Year’s Day

A 22-year-old Allentown woman died in a car crash early on New Year’s Day, according to a news release from the Lehigh County coroner.

Kisha Cora was a passenger in a car involved in a crash at 2:44 a.m. on Public Road and South Eighth Street in Allentown, the release said. The car struck multiple vehicles.

Cora was pronounced dead 3:58 a.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Salisbury Township, the coroner said. An autopsy will be performed Saturday to determine the cause of death.

The crash is under investigation by Allentown police and the Lehigh County district attorney.
