49th Annual Ski Swap: Spirit Mountain Upper Chalet, Duluth. Used and new alpine and snowboard equipment. Remaining drop-off date: Oct. 22, 5-8 p.m. Swap hours: 4-9 p.m. Oct. 23, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 24 and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 25; no drop-offs during sale hours. Run by volunteers as a fundraiser for Team Duluth, with proceeds used to make programs more affordable for area youth. Centers for Disease Control safety guidelines will be in place. Adaptive alpine ski and snowboard lessons: Courage Kenny offers one-on-one lessons for beginners to advanced skiers and snowboarders that accommodate people with a variety of physical disabilities and visual impairments.
