Cops arrested a New Jersey woman allegedly caught on a nanny-cam shaking and then hurling a 15-month-old boy onto a sofa in the child’s Upper East Side home, officials said Saturday.

The disturbing video of Armielyn Bernales, 38, was taken while she was caring for the tot Thursday, officials said.

Bernales was inside the E. 63rd St. apartment near Second Ave. about 11:15 a.m. when the nanny-cam recorded her “place her hands around the baby’s head and shake the baby’s head up and down multiple times” as the child sat in a stroller, according to court papers.

The recording also showed the sitter, who lives in Jersey City, N.J., yank the baby out of the stroller, shake him again and then “throw the baby onto a couch” in the apartment.

The child’s father — who had hired Bernales to watch his child — called police after he reviewed the nanny-cam footage.

Miraculously, the child was not harmed, cops said.

Police charged Bernales with attempted assault in the second degree, and endangering the welfare of a child. She was released after paying $5,000 bail — against the protests of prosecutors who’d asked for $25,000 bail, officials said.

She’s expected to answer the charges in court next week.

Her lawyer, Ken Womble, did not immediately return a call for comment.
