I purchase a Tory Burch handbag from Bloomingdales $289.00, then I purchase a Burberry handbag from Neiman Marcus 1589.08..I totally made an error and shipped each bag to the wrong store. Neiman Marcus found the error and shipped the Tory Burch back to me, now I'm waiting for Bloomingdale's to ship back the Burberry handbag. No one can't find it. I have reach out to them countless of time with proof of delivery tracking # supporting documents. They still can't find my Burberry bag. I'm still making paying on a handbag I don't even have.

They use another country with people who keep you on hold and don't have an answer or can help you at all. They are better off using AI to do customer service, I'm canceling my card and never buying again from them, Please use Americans to handle calls from America!!!

    TERRIBLE! I decided to buy online and they immediately offered me to join “Loyalist” club. The lure was $25 discount at the First purchase. I joined. Only to discover that it didn’t work. I called customer service for explanation and was told that I have to wait till tomorrow. Then I could cash the voucher either online or at the store. I went to the Boca Raton store to discover that it didn’t work AGAIN! Called again to customer service and was told again that it will work TOMORROW! Bunch of LIARS! CHEATERS! Will never show in Bloomingdale’s again!

In the midst of dealing with my son's chemotherapy, I placed an order with Bloomingdale's, hoping for a brief respite from the stress. Upon being notified of the package's delivery, I rushed home from the hospital, only to discover that it was nowhere to be found. This failure in the fundamental task of delivering a package has left me both frustrated and disheartened. My attempts to seek resolution from Bloomingdale's customer service were met with indifference and a complete lack of accountability. Instead of understanding the urgency and emotional strain, the representatives treated my concerns as inconsequential.

    Adding insult to injury, I now find myself forced to pay for an item I never received. Bloomingdale's negligence and heartless response during this challenging time are inexcusable. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering Bloomingdale's for their purchases. The company's failure in delivering both products and compassion is not only a severe letdown but also indicative of a business that lacks integrity. Share this cautionary experience with others, as Bloomingdale's has lost not just a customer but also trust and respect.

    I wish I can give them a zero star, it's not about the store is about one of the perfume department manager, her name is Hayley **, she is very rude, very unprofessional, very disrespectful. I hope her boss will see this review and take disciplinary actions against her

    I just spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to place an online order for store pick-up. I was having problems ordering because the system wanted me to re-enter my payment information for security reasons. I did, it took the reload however, still would not place the order for the same reasons. I called the number supplied on the screen and went through 4 reps one of which kept telling me the Web ID numbers I was reading off the checkout screen were not valid. I sarcastically asked, "I am speaking with Bloomingdale's correct?". I got an "Oh! You need assistance with Bloomingdales?" then the line went silent. I called back for my last attempt. The woman put the order through (although this was so many hours later, an item was no longer available).

    I asked how they can correct the issue I had placing the order, she didn't know. Lots of 'sorry's' that I didn't even want to hear anymore. Also, the background noise was incredible, it sounded like the rep was at a party. Bad management and Bloomingdales is now going to make 3 different shipments that I was initially 'picking up at store'. Furthermore, the in store shopping experience makes you feel bad for the employees. They are always complaining amongst each other. They are very nice to the customer though. So, Kudos to them.

    I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Bloomingdale's that I feel compelled to share. I placed two online orders, both of which were inexplicably canceled and never delivered. This alone was frustrating enough, but what followed was even more infuriating. When I attempted to resolve the issue over the phone, I found myself waiting on hold for over an hour. After enduring this excessive wait time, I finally had the chance to explain my situation, only to be met with further disappointment. I requested a call back, which I never received. What's particularly disheartening is that these canceled orders amounted to over $3,000 of my hard-earned money, which is now in limbo, waiting to be refunded.

    This has undoubtedly been the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. The combination of canceled orders, an unreasonably long phone wait, and an apparent lack of follow-through on their part has left me feeling utterly frustrated and dissatisfied. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and accountability, especially when dealing with a reputable retailer like Bloomingdale's. Unfortunately, my recent experience has shattered that expectation. I sincerely hope that Bloomingdale's takes this feedback to heart and works diligently to improve their customer service and order fulfillment processes. In the meantime, I would caution others to exercise caution when considering making purchases through their online platform.

    My refunds take 7-14 days (a scam to hold my money). I placed 2 large orders last night. They charged me immediately, and then cancelled my orders within the hour. They sent me 2 emails to contact customer service via phone number. I did. They told me they will have to cancel my orders. My refunds will be processed within 7-14 days. Seriously it takes that long to refund my money. I called my bank. They told me that Bloomingdale's intentionally hold my payment for a long period of time and there is nothing they can do. I called Bloomingdale's back again multiple times but I received the same answer/ a lie that it is a standard practice for the refunds to be processed within 10-14 days even if my orders were cancelled within an hour by the company. I am intending to pursue legal actions.

    They hardly, have people to serve you in the beauty department. The associates are not very helpful. The online returns take 14 days to process your return, even if they have the shipment. Poor customer service.

    I ordered a jacket for $300, they sent it via UPS. Then the post office said that the address was incorrect, although it was correct! I said I would return that jacket back to the store. They returned it, and the store forgot to return the money. I called twice to get a refund, but they forgot. I wonder why such stupid people work there? It's been a month and a week since I haven't seen my funds yet. I am very dissatisfied with the service. My rating is not 1 star, but zero!
