Sweet Egret Makes Its Way Up Hill: Photos Of The Day
The photographer described the bird as having a fairy-tale quality, and her Moraga trail photo is total tranquility.
LAMORINDA, CA — When skies were blue and hills were green in the spring, Patch reader Susan Hallett snapped two photos from her hikes in the Moraga area: one of an egret along the Kings Canyon Loop.
"Loved this fairy-tale look of this sweet egret making its way up the hill," she wrote.
The second photograph, taken along Mulholland Ridge trail, captures clouds of an impending storm set against a gorgeous, green and quite serene vista.
