20-minute fat burning workout

In this video, famous Malaysian fitness trainer Jordan Yeoh shows a 20-minute progressive full-body workout that is meant for the intermediate level. The workout will help to strengthen the muscles and ensure maximum fat burning. As is the case with any workout, it is essential to do a dynamic warm-up for at least 5-10 minutes before you start this workout. There are a total of 5 rounds in this workout routine and Jordan recommends people to start slow and easy with Level 1 and gradually increase the intensity as they reach more levels. You have to ensure maximum repetitions in 30 seconds, followed by a 10-second break. After each round, pause for a minute to catch your breath and hydrate yourself.
