Jayson Tatum just agreed to a rookie max contract extension with the Boston Celtics worth $195 million over five years, but the hard work hasn't stopped for the young star.

Tatum is busy working on his game, and his shooting coach, Drew Hanlen, recently posted a video of the 22-year-old forward fine tuning his offensive skill set.

Included in the video is Tatum doing drills focused on driving to the basket and perfecting the step-back 3-point shot that is so difficult to defend

Check it out in the tweet below:

Tatum led the Celtics in scoring last season at 23.4 points per game. He also set career highs in points, assists, rebounds, blocks and steals per game. Tatum made his first All-Star Game appearance, too, in addition to winning Eastern Conference Player of the Month for February.

The Celtics will be one of the top contenders in the East next season, and if Tatum takes another leap in his development, reaching the NBA Finals will be a very realistic goal for Boston.
