Courtney Mezinis

Courtney Mezinis is currently the Executive Director of Portfolio Strategy & Retail Planning at Verizon Global Real Estate. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic plans for over 100M square feet of real estate that houses over 160,000 employees and approximately 1600 retail stores nationally. Earlier in her career at Verizon, Courtney served as Executive Director of Operations. Prior to her tenure at Verizon, she acted as Head of Global Real Estate for Avaya. Courtney received her BA from Rutgers University and has been profiled twice in cover stories by American Builders Quarterly in 2016 and 2018.

Tom Zampini

Zampini was the CEO of Beco, a tech and space utilization tool that captures workplace analytics, such as real-time room level occupancy. Convene acquired Beco earlier this year, and as part of the acquisition, Zampini joined the Convene team as its Chief Product Officer, working to help Convene become the next-generation work space.

Joy Fan has been a catalyst for change in the retail/real estate for over 10+ years; she strives to make retail accessible to anyone in the world. Joy has dedicated much of her career in shifting the way retail is experienced through her executive roles in business development, experiential marketing, brand partnerships and creative strategy. From building the experiential program for Westfield in 2014; to being a founding member of the pop-up store and short-term rental platform: Storefront in 2012; growing it into series A in 2014; Joy thrives in pushing the boundaries of conventional retail by making inline and vacancies more accessible to tech entrepreneurs, artisans, and start-up brands. Having translated hundreds of e-commerce brands into interactive 3D pop-up stores, multi-sensory trade show exhibits and stimulated demo environments for Storenvy, Westfield, Prjct23, Etsy to name a few; Joy now leads global creative strategy for Storefront as their Chief Creative Officer.

Felicite Moorman

Felicite Moorman is an attorney turned multi-exit technology entrepreneur. She’s received EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award and has earned an international reputation as a go-to IoT industry expert, developing pioneering strategic partnerships and unprecedented technology strategies and initiatives for the Internet of Things. Moorman is the CoFounder of STRATIS, a RealPage Company, and SaaS Platform for large-scale Internet of Things installations. STRATIS was named a top ten “Best Company in America” by Entrepreneur Magazine and ranked in the top twenty percent of Inc Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Companies” three consecutive years prior to acquisition. Moorman was simultaneously CEO of BuLogics, which designed, built, and certified hardware, software, and ecosystems for the Internet of Things. Moorman is an international speaker and columnist, and has been featured as a thought leader in dozens of mass media outlets and publications including: U.S. News & World Report, Fast Company, Inc Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, The Chicago Tribune, Yahoo! News, Philadelphia Inquirer, The Boston Globe, the Huffington Post, and others. Moorman quickly established her reputation in technology, engaging eight Fortune 500 companies in less than eighteen months, entering new vertical channels, and creating and beginning execution on the strategic plan to dominate the Internet of Things lighting peripherals market. Today the GE lighting line is a part of nearly every home automation and security platform offered in the United States. Early in her career, Moorman led a team that became the most sought after marketing and management partnership in Baltimore real estate. She expanded the companies to include nationwide finance, brokerage, legal, and insurance offerings. Moorman oversaw $1.5 billion dollars of transactions in less than five years, including property acquisition management for the $500 million dollar expansion of Rutgers University. Moorman recognizes the importance of giving back, especially within the Philadelphia community, and volunteers her time and expertise to the following organizations: NAA & NMHC’s Real Estate Technology Alliance (IoT Committee Co-Chair), Comcast NBCUniversal LIFT Labs Accelerator (Lead Mentor), SXSW (Mentor), Lean Startup Conference (Mentor), Philly Startup Leaders (Mentor), Dreamit Ventures (Mentor), and Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce (Small Business Board Member). Scott Willis

Scott Willis serves as DartPoints President and Chief Executive Officer and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Willis is a recognized global technology leader in the communications industry with a demonstrated track record of building successful businesses for both large and small organizations to significant scale. He has extensive leadership experience transforming organizations, setting strategic direction, overseeing complex operations and confecting corporate alliances while delivering growth and profitability to the business. Scott has the right balance of strategic leadership, vision, enthusiasm and operational and technical expertise for building sustainable customer relationships to elevate DartPoints to be a leader in the edge data center market. Mr. Willis brings over 30 years of experience in the technology industry with a history of proven success. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Zinwave, a leading global provider of in-building wireless products and solutions. He successfully transformed the organization, reset the global strategy, led the charge to innovate new products and solutions which primed the company to achieve aggressive growth. Through his leadership, he positioned Zinwave as a global leader of in-building wireless solutions. Over the course of his career, Scott has served in executive leadership roles at respected technology companies including Ericsson, Nokia, BellSouth and Sprint. Before Zinwave, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Sales and Marketing Executive for Goodman Networks, a privately held leader in the design, engineering, deployment and integration of wireless communications networks. In his role, he was responsible for all commercial strategy, sales and marketing and grew revenue from $400 million to $1.2 billion annually. Prior to Goodman Networks, Scott was Executive Vice President and General Manager at Ericsson, where he oversaw more than 6,500 personnel across the U.S. and Latin America growing the business from $5 million in revenue annually to more than $3.5 billion in over 5 years. Previously, Scott served as Vice President and General Manager at Nokia Networks, where he led the growth of a new business to $1.5 billion in annual revenue in 3 years and established Nokia Networks as a market leader in North America. Mr. Willis holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Wake Forest University Babcock Graduate School of Management. He also holds continuing executive education certificates from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Guy Vardi

Guy Vardi is Chief Innovation Officer for Silverstein Properties. He joined the company in 2016 to oversee the firm’s process of innovation and change management. Before joining SPI, he co-founded Matific, a startup that empowers teachers and encourages students to discover and explore mathematical concepts through playful interaction. Matific is used by millions of students and translated into 11 languages. Matific was named the winner of the 2016 SIIA CODiE Award for Best Mathematics Instructional Solution. In 2003, Guy helped found Oberon Media, a company that expands and diversifies the demographics of computer gamers. He oversaw the development of the most popular platform for distribution of casual games at the time. Oberon's Game Center network reached over 40 million users. Guy started his career as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces. Later he spent several years developing innovative digital experiences and interaction models for the Israeli Defense Forces. Highlights of his work include creating the first commercial VR environment for e-commerce, pioneering production of interactive video using wearables cameras, co-producing software that explores the relationships between classical poetry and interactive media, implementing the TCP / IP protocol over can and wire telephone and conducting an experiment that demonstrated carriers pigeons are faster than ADSL. Guy holds a degree in computer science from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzelia. He lives in the Upper West Side with his wife and children.

He has held roles within notable companies such as ADC Telecommunications, SPIRENT, and TESSCO Technologies. His efforts with SOLiD lead him to define and coin the term “MIDDLEPRISE”, the in-building public cellular and public safety market focusing on commercial properties . In 2015 Scott published the IMPERATIVE: A Guide for Private and Public Building Owners and Property Managers.
