MONTAGUE, P.E.I. — Holland College in Montague celegrated its resident care worker program recently. 

Natalie Mitton, Holland College vice-president, academic and applied research, was joined by Carole Dixon, RN, guest speaker, Justin MacConnell, graduating student, Marlaine Gillis, student speaker, and Health and Wellness Minister James Aylward at the recent graduation for students in the Montague resident care worker program. Also joining them was Anne Partridge, a member of the Holland College board of governors.

When Summerside resident and local musician Owen Hann died suddenly in 2022 he left behind a legacy his family has sought to carry on. Last year they launched the Owen Hann Keeping Music Alive fundraiser in his honour, which helps support local music programs.
