Joan Jett has booked a Dec. 16 show at the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park.

Less than a year after Steve Martin and Martin Short brought their “An Evening You Will Forget For The Rest Of Your Lives Tour” through Cleveland, the night of fun returns this fall with a Nov. 2 show booked at the EJ Thomas Hall in Akron. Tickets to see the unique show that includes stand-up, film clips and musical numbers from The Steep Canyon Rangers & Jeff Babko are $89.50 to $145, and are now on sale at all Ticketmaster locations.

Last seen acting in Adam Sandler’s Netflix film “The Do-Over,” comic Nick Swardson is hitting the road this fall with his standup comedy. The “Reno 911” and “Malibu’s Most Wanted” funnyman comes to Northeast Ohio for a Nov. 3 show at the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park. Tickets are $39.50.

Three years removed from her memorable Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction, Joan Jett is still one of the hardest working artists touring incessantly. The platinum artist, known for "Bad Reputation," "I Love Rock 'N' Roll," "I Hate Myself For Loving You" and "Crimson and Clover,” has booked a Dec. 16 show at the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park. After appearing on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and “Good Morning America,” boy band In Real Life, featuring Sergio Calderon, Michael Conor, Chance Perez, Drew Ramos and Brady Tutton, comes to the Rock Hall City for a Sept. 16 show at the House of Blues’ Cambridge Room. Tickets are $25.

Underrated post-hardcore band Thrice recently released new song “The Grey,” which marks their Epitaph Records debut release. The Orange County-based outfit has also announced a fall tour that includes an Oct. 10 show at the House of Blues. Opening are The Bronx and Teenage Wrist. Tickets are $23.50.

Trivium recently announced another leg of its successful “The Sin and The Sentence World Tour,” which includes an Oct. 16 show at the House of Blues. Opening are Avatar and Light the Torch. Tickets to see the metal bill are $29.

The SiriusXM Hair Nation Tour 2018 featuring Jack Russell’s Great White, Bulletboys and Enuff Z’Nuff includes an Oct. 22 show at the House of Blues. Tickets are $17.

Seven Lions (aka Jeff Montalvo) recently released singles “Ocean” with Jason Ross and “Calling You Home.” Now the popular DJ and dubstep producer is hitting the road with “The Journey 2 Tour,” which comes to Cleveland for a Nov. 16 date at the House of Blues. Tickets are $20.

It’s not too often a poet books a national tour; however, Sabrina Benaim is no average bard. Known for her online videos and best-selling book “Depression and Other Magic Tricks,” the Canadian writer appears in Cleveland Nov. 26 at the House of Blues’ Cambridge Room. Tickets are $16. Indie pop act LovelyTheBand is turning heads with its single “broken,” which has more than 3 million spins on Spotify. The Los Angeles act has announced a fall tour that includes an Oct. 18 show at the Agora Ballroom. Tickets are $15.

Fans of Mystery Science Theater 3000 will be happy to learn creator Joel Hodgson is back in the familiar red jumpsuit as Joel Robinson for the “MST3K Live 30th Anniversary Tour,” which includes an Oct. 25 date at the Agora Theatre. Tickets are $39.50 to $52.50.

Influential industrial act Ministry, known for songs such as “Just One Fix,” “Thieves” and “Jesus Built My Hotrod,” is back with its latest effort “AmeriKKKant.” The Al Jourgensen-led outfit comes to Cleveland this fall with a Nov. 30 show booked at the Agora Theatre. Punk fans unfamiliar with Fidlar should consider giving the Los Angeles-based band a listen. The garage act comes through Central Ohio for a Sept. 10 show at the Newport Music Hall. Tickets are $25.

Electro-indie duo Cherub is still touring in support of its latest effort “Bleed Gold, Piss Excellence.” The Tennessee band comes to Columbus for a Sept. 26 show at the Newport Music Hall. Tickets are $20.

Boasting a sound that incorporates everything from soul and R&B to psychedelia and dub, Khruangbin is touring its latest effort “Con todo el mundo” with a Dec. 1 show booked at the Newport Music Hall. Straight from Broadway, “Rocktopia” is touring this fall with two Northeast Ohio dates. The musical concert – which features songs by Journey, Mozart, Queen, Beethoven, Aerosmith, Handel, Led Zeppelin, Tchaikovsky, U2, Strauss and The Who – appears Oct. 25 at the Akron Civic Theatre and Oct. 27 at the KeyBank State Theatre.
