Victory Place tower goes on the market along with two other Texas high-rises built by Atlanta developer

The 25-story Victory Place apartment tower is one of three Texas residential high-rises on the market.

The 25-story Victory Place apartment building is one of three Texas high-rises built by Atlanta developer Novare Group. Two more buildings are in Houston.

All three of the deluxe rental towers are being offered for sale by CBRE group — either as a package deal or individual purchases.

The Victory Place building opened in 2017 and is one of the newest apartments in the 75-acre Victory Park development northwest of downtown.

The 352-unit building is next door to American Airlines Center and is one of four new high-rise apartment projects in Victory Park.

Rents in Victory Place average almost $2,100 a month. And the building is more than 95% leased.

The two Houston towers — SkyHouse Main and SkyHouse Houston — contain another 674 high-priced rental units.

"The portfolio provides investors the rare opportunity to obtain core multifamily properties located in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston metros, the nation's most dynamic job generators and growth corridors," according to CBRE.

The Victory Park building is one of three Novare Group has built in the Dallas area.

The company built the SkyHouse Dallas apartment tower in Victory Park. And Novare is finishing construction on the 25-story SkyHouse apartment tower in Frisco Station on the Dallas North Tollway.

The Victory Place apartment tower is one of two high-rise residential buildings CBRE is marketing in Dallas.

The commercial real estate firm is also hunting a buyer for the 21-story Ashton high-rise on Cedar Springs Road across the street from the Crescent.
