The state Health Department announced 95 new cases of the coronavirus in Mississippi Sunday, bringing the state's total to 758 in 74 of 82 counties, with 14 deaths.

The deaths have been reported in Desoto, Hancock, Harrison, Holmes, Lee, Perry, Rankin, Sunflower, Tippah, Tunica, Webster and Wilkinson counties. Tippah and Wilkinson counties have each reported two deaths.

The state's first presumptive case, reported on March 11, was a Forrest County man who had traveled to Florida.

The Health Department updates the number of cases once a day. Results are from testing done by the department and private laboratories, and the state is no longer reporting the number of tests conducted.
