A White Oak woman was indicted Tuesday after police said she threw a baby stroller – with a baby still in it – towards traffic on Colerain Avenue during a robbery.

Breanna Zinveli, 19, was indicted on two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of robbery alongside a man named Henry John Schmidt, who is yet to be arrested. According to court records, a third unknown suspect was with them during the offense.

Court documents state Zinveli, Schmidt and the third suspect approached a family of three – two adults and a baby in a stroller – walking in the area of Colerain Avenue and West Galbraith Road in Groesbeck on Dec. 7. Zinveli, Schmidt and the other suspect punched both adult victims in their faces and stole a purse containing $150.

During the assault and robbery, court documents state the suspects negligently threw the baby stroller with the baby still in it towards the roadway where traffic was continuing to drive by.

All three family members suffered from severe injuries as a result of the incident, according to court documents. Zinveli, Schmidt and the other suspect fled the scene.

Zinveli was arrested on Jan. 12 and released on bond Jan. 13. She is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday, according to court records.
