Manufacturer Plans To Expand Operations In Rocky Hill
A Bolton-based producer of automobile and cleaning products has purchased a Rocky Hill property for $1.6 million.
ROCKY HILL, CT — A vacant Rocky Hill building has been purchased for $1.6 million and will be used for manufacturing, The Hartford Business Journal reported. The 299 Dividend Road property sold Nov. 16 to Simoniz USA Inc., a Bolton-based producer of automobile and cleaning products.
The company has plans to expand its manufacturing operations at its new location. Simoniz will maintain its Bolton headquarters at 201 Boston Turnpike, according to The Hartford Business Journal.
