Tammy Hembrow split from Canadian rapper Jahkoy Palmer in October, just four months after debuting their romance in June.
And on Wednesday, Jahkoy begged his ex-girlfriend to take him back in a cringeworthy Instagram post.
He shared a photo of the pair in happier times, alongside a lengthy caption in which he spoke of regrets, taking Tammy for granted and wanting to be a 'better man'.

'I've done a lot of things that I regret in my lack of understanding love but there is no justifying what I've done,' the 25-year-old musician added.
'Tammy I love you and I know you are somewhere right now looking at this like I'm so stupid, but I'm stupid about you ma.'

But he denied this was the case, responding: 'Relax, nobody was unfaithful.'
