Man Robs Holtsville 7-Eleven

Police are trying to determine if the robbery is related to other robberies in the area, including two at local pizza joints Monday.

HOLTSVILLE, NY – A man robbed a 7-Eleven in Holtsville early Tuesday police are trying to determine if the robbery is related to other recent robberies in the area, including two at local pizza joints Monday.

Suffolk Police say the man entered 7-Eleven at 811 Waverly Ave. at about 2:40 a.m., displayed a weapon and demanded cash. The man fled on foot with cash, police say. No arrests have been made.

On Monday, two pizza restaurants were robbed in Centereach. In one them, the robber displayed a knife, police say.
