ALA Executive Director, Kristen Young, stoped by the Steve Cochran Show to talk about the ALA Fight for Air Climb.  You can get more information HEREJanuary 9, is National Take the Stairs Day, which is a perfect day to start training and sign up for the Fight For Air Climb.  Two recent studies promote stair climbing for health: o According to a recent study by the European Society of Cardiology, if you can climb four flights of stairs in under one minute without stopping you are in good physical shape. If you can’t, then you need more exercise.
