MOORHEAD, Minn. - Helen (Syverson) Jacobson, 85, Moorhead, died Sunday, July 8, in Farmstead Care.

Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m., Monday, July 16, at Zion Lutheran Church in Amor, Minn. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Arrangements by Boulger Funeral Home and Celebration of Life Center in Fargo, N.D.
