I should have checked their poor rating before I used them and wasting my $16.99 + 7% tax. Got two passport size (2”x2”) photos. It suppose to come with an e-copy in my email. Email came after few hours but only can get the photo after a passcode in my phone message. The passcode never came. Funny is the inactive “resend” button. Tried several times in 24 hours, but it did not work. Completely worthless!

I asked the clerk to adjust the machine because she produced green photos. She blamed it on poor quality picture taking. I had the pictures developed by another company, which turned out the way I expected. Walgreens does not produced quality photos and where are the CLERKS? I had to search the store to find one for checkout.

My last two orders were terrible experience. The business cards were not cut right so the image wasn't well centered and the back image was upside down. I got refund finally after waiting and explaining again and again to different employees why I am waiting there. The wood panels were also disappointment, I expected high quality especially with this price. I didn't know regular prints will be mounted to the woodboard. They look cheap. The order of 6 I placed could not be completed because machine broke, two were ok but one still wasn't mounted well on one side and you can see bubbles. I recommend more handy people to be hired to do such work that needs more precision and competency. For sure I am not ordering or recommending to people business cards and wood panels. Canvas prints need to be stretched better, not leave the canvas loose.

ORDERED A BANNER ONLINE 10, DAYS IN ADVANCE and the day it's supposed to be here they told me they didn't even start it. Now my event is ruined by them. Spoke to them and was told, "Oh sorry. Nothing we can do." - Yes they didn't care or even concerned. They ruined our event. What a bad run company. Nobody cares at all.

I went to Walgreens for a passport photo. A small point and shoot camera was used, no flash, with bad lighting. I looked very pale and sickly, my hair is naturally red and it looked blonde. Not Okay!!!

Walgreens has four locations in our county. I usually send my photo work to the Walgreens closest to my home. Due to a special product, I had to go to the 24 hour Walgreens. It has been a horror. I received notification that the item was ready. I arrived. The bookmarks were still on the printer, where they had been for 24 hours. Finally, a photo tech arrived to trim them while I waited. The machine was broken.. He was trying to repair it with a screwdriver. Then, he noticed the long line at the front check out counter. The tech dropped my order on the machine, grabbed his photo card, ran to his register, scanned it, and shouted, "I can take someone over here."

On Monday, I ordered 100 bookmarks. Wednesday night, I received notification that they were ready. On Thursday, I stopped by at lunch. No one knew where they were - finally, they handed me an envelope with 8 bookmarks, that were sent in August. I said, no, these were the ones that were lost last month. I had to replace the order. I don't need them. They found the 100 bookmarks, in a package, still untrimmed. Guess I was going to have to wait again for them to be trimmed. Then they told me the bad news. They said that they couldn't finish it. The machine was broken, needed a new part, and it wouldn't be here for two weeks! No apologies.. nothing. Just the facts, ma'am!

I asked to speak to the manager... She arrived. I could tell by the look on her face that she didn't care at all. We spoke for one to two minutes.. During our conversation she looked at her watch three times. She agreed someone should have called me... No apologies.. She gave me an irritated look and departed. The Walgreens Photo Departments that have well trained, interested techs are awesome. But the ones that don't are a terror! Beware.

It’s been about 18 months since I last used the Walgreens online photo site. I have been trying to use it again for the past 8 days. The website doesn't post that the site is down. I went through organizing uploading and cleaning up photos on the site, taking just under 2 hours. When it came time to check out the site won't allow you to continue. They require you to enter a credit card, but the credit card page is not readable. The information box is only partially displayed. You cannot continue to checkout unless it is completed. I called the 800 number. I was told they knew the site wasn't working. Ok so why didn't they inform customers?

The customer service rep could not help me purchase the photos or send them to the store so I could pay on location. I was told to take my phone to the store! Not everyone uses a phone for photos and mine are on a desktop computer. I have been told repeatedly it will be fixed in an hour. That was 3 days ago. Walgreens has gone down, and I can't recommend them. My photos are for a person in a hospital to help them recover and work on memory problems. I am so disappointed in the company and will start looking for other options.

I have ordered pictures twice in the last few weeks, received a confirmation both times, and both times I was told the orders were "cancelled" when I got to the store to pick them up. I never cancelled the order, but they said it was cancelled by ??? because they didn't have the "paper" or the "machine"... I ordered a lot of pictures and one magnet, which I needed for a party tonight. Once is one thing, but TWICE! AND no one notified me???. I will let anyone I can know not to go thru Walgreens for any photo orders!. Such a joke!

In September I took my 36 disposable cameras to Walgreens on flat Shoals and Wesley Chapel. The LBGQT young man that was working at the front of the photo department. Put my number in wrong to pick up my photos. I return to pick up my photos three weeks later and was told to come back because I left so many cameras, I waited till November when I return back, they threw all my pictures away. I spoke with management who said they will get someone to call me back. I’ve never gotten a phone call. I am going through depression because these pictures were pictures of me from 30 years ago and they all print it out because I kept them safe, they told me they were going to try to look at the photo department and see if they can pull up my pictures. They couldn’t. No one even tried to compensate me for my loss. I am still going through depression at this moment for losing my childhood pictures.

I ordered photos as a gift. Due to it being an 11x14 size, shipping was required (rather than picking up in store). When they arrived, they were in a flimsy envelope & all bent up. There was nothing in the envelope to keep them straight. They were supposed to be a gift for someone but they were not in any shape to even be used by myself yet alone gifting to someone else.
