A mother has revealed how three $8 miracle products cleaned up both of her young daughters' eczema and acne for good.

Karly Smith, 28, from Wangaratta in Victoria, said her baby daughter had acne and eczema from birth, while her two-year-old suffered from such severe eczema she would often be left with bloody skin.

'My two year old, Emmy, was always scratching at her skin and drawing blood,' Karly told FEMAIL.

'I don't know how much money I spent on products hoping for a miracle for both of them.'

Karly's experience with eczema and her children started when her now two-year-old developed eczema at a few months old.

'She has a cows' milk protein allergy and I'm fairly sure her eczema links in with that, as well as a sensitivity to grass, sunscreen, bath products and the usual culprits,' Karly told FEMAIL.

'We tried everything on it, including steroid creams recommended by our doctor. But nothing worked for more than a couple of days. And I was beginning to worry nothing would ever work.'

The 28-year-old mum-of-three said Emmy's 'entire body was rough to touch and she had large, red, dry, itchy and sore patches behind her knees and in her elbow creases as well as on her face and torso'.

'Meanwhile, Cleo, my four month old, had bad baby acne and eczema. I tried a few products, but everything seemed to make it even more red and bumpy.'

Scrolling through Instagram one day, Karly said she came across a post from fellow mother and influencer Rebecca Little, who said she was having great success with Childs Farm products with her daughter Charlotte.

'I went to Big W and spent $24 on the bubble bath, nappy cream and moisturiser,' Karly said.

'It's proven to be the best $24 I've ever spent.'

As soon as she got home, the eager mum bathed her two-year-old in the bubble bath, and started moisturising her body religiously when she could.

'Overnight, I noticed a difference - and the bubble bath alone was enough to slightly clear up her eczema,' she said.

'Now, her skin is for the most part clear.

'Of course, we get the odd flare up when she comes into contact with grass and things, but nothing like before - which would often take weeks or months to clear up.'

CHILDS FARM SUCCESS STORIES

Paige Sweeney, 23, spent more than two years with dermatologists trying to find a cure for the eczema afflicting her daughter Evie-Rae, now three, but nothing worked.

The toddler would wake up every night, scratching herself until she bled, Paige said.

Then, as a last resort, the Nottingham-based mother spotted the $8 Childs Farm Baby Moisturiser on the shelves at her local Boots and decided to give it a go - to her amazement Evie's eczema quickly vanished.

Describing it as a 'miracle cream', Paige said: 'Within a matter of days I could see her skin starting to clear up. I couldn't believe it.'

Psoriasis sufferer Damien Broderick, 26, had to fetch a vacuum cleaner every time he removed an item of clothing in order to clean up flakes of skin that would fall off his body.

Damien from Dublin, previously used a steroid cream to treat the condition, however when the disease returned his GP advised him to look into alternative therapy, as another course of steroids may not have the same effect and could potentially do more harm than good.

Desperately looking for a solution, he looked into everything from Chinese medicine to acupuncture, but was advised to try Childs Farm products by a colleague.

Damien bought the brand's Baby Moisturiser and Hair and Body Wash, and within days he started to see a visible difference in his skin.

Karly decided to try the Childs Farm products on her four-month-old too.

She said she started bathing Cleo in the Childs Farm bubble bath, and used the nappy cream on her face.

'It completely cleared her face up,' she said.

'If I forgot to put the nappy cream on for a day or two, the baby acne would return. But thankfully now, because of the moisturiser and the nappy cream, she has beautiful soft skin.'

'I would recommend Childs Farm products to anyone now,' Karly said (pictured: Emmy before using Childs Farm)

Since she started using the products, Karly said she has also tried them on herself too.

'While neither myself, nor my oldest daughter Macy, have eczema or acne, I do have sensitive skin and it's been so nice on my skin.

'I would recommend Childs Farm products to anyone now,' Karly said.
