LISBON — Zachary R. Fraser, 20, Scotts Mill Road, Rogers, was served a secret indictment for charges of trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs. On Jan. 22, 2017, Fraser allegedly had a shipment prepared for distribution of marijuana. Additionally, Fraser reportedly had temazepam, in quantities less than the bulk amount.
Jacob A.C. Carter, 20, Buck Road, Beloit, was served a secret indictment for charges of tampering with evidence and possession of drugs. On Aug. 18, 2017, Carter is alleged to have had methamphetamines and had tried to alter or conceal the meth to impair an investigation.
Both indictments were issued by the county grand jury in August.
