Responding Maine Firefighter Killed in Crash

A Maine firefighter was killed Monday night after he was ejected from his personal vehicle while responding to a call.David Remington, 58, was responding to a rescue call about 10 p.m. Monday when he lost control of his truck on Shapleigh Corner Road, according to WMTW TV.He was ejected as his truck rolled. Remington was pronounced dead on the scene, reports indicated.He was a firefighter with Shapleigh Fire Department.
