MACKINAW CITY — After two years of postponement due to COVID-19, the annual Mackinaw Memorial Parade is set to march again sharply at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 28. This annual parade has been in existence for over 50 years and continues to be the largest Michigan Memorial Weekend parade.

A large lineup is in place for the resumption of the parade. It will include 7 high school bands. the Scottsville Clown Band and the Petoskey Steel Drum Band.

Royalty will also be a part of the parade as four Michigan queens will be in the lineup. The 2022 Tip Up Town Queen Rebecca Mcnett, Miss Michigan for America Strong Paige Rubleski, Mrs. Michigan USA Kami Loucks and Mrs. America Jackie Blankenship.

Clowns, shriners, Indy cars, antique vehicles, floats and various other entrants will be marching to add to the entertainment.
