Sydney SAP partner Presence of IT wins $3.8m contract with NSW Department of Education

Sydney-headquartered Presence of IT has won a $3.8 million contract with the New South Wales Department of Education.

The SAP partner is undertaking “hypercare” services to the department's newly installed SAP HR and payroll system, providing customer support, data integrity and system stability as the new system undergoes a “stabilisation period”.

“The department can confirm that the contract covers post go-live hypercare for the department’s HR/Payroll System,” a department spokesperson told CRN.

“Presence of IT was considered to be most suitable provider to deliver specific hypercare requirements based on its knowledge of both the HR/Payroll solution and the department’s specific requirements.”

The contract runs from 22 December to 30 June this year.

Aside from SAP, Presence of IT is also a partner of Oracle and workforce management vendor Kronos. The company has offices in New Zealand, the US, Canada, India and in seven countries across Asia.
