More than 1,000 patients with cancer have received a wig, and a dose of confidence, thanks to the Iowa nonprofit Strands of Strength.Blending into the crowd was just what Sharre Fisher wanted.She was diagnosed with colon cancer, and usually wore a scarf after she started cancer treatments. More than 1,000 patients with cancer have received a wig, and a dose of confidence, thanks to the Iowa nonprofit Strands of Strength.
