Monday, Sept. 20

Neikirk, Trishah Irene, Coos Bay, Ore.; Drugs — 5th degree — possess schedule 1, 2, 3, 4 — not small amount marijuana, $300 fees, conditions of the court, three days local jail with three days credit for time served, five years supervised probation

Thursday, Sept. 23

Kunz, David Michael, Kenosha, Wis.; Felony theft of a motor vehicle — temporary control only, commit to commissioner of corrections correctional facility in St. Cloud, $135 fees
