Aaron Gurley, President of Premier Franchise Management has selected Chip and Trina Rayburn as Premier franchise owners in Corpus Christi, and Carlos Andrade and Travis Easton as the new owners of Premier Pools & Spas in Santa Barbara.

Carlos Andrade and Travis Easton have been designing pools for over 8 years, embracing the motto "if you can dream it, we can build it". Both hail from the design and renovation industry. They have been working on designing pools for over 8 years.
