Here is where you can find a coronavirus vaccine in South Florida. The criteria for each location may vary, so be sure to check the site requirements before you make your appointment.

Broward County

Drive-thru sites: No appointment is required at Department of Health-Broward vaccination sites to receive the Pfizer vaccine for COVID-19.

Tree Tops Park, 3900 SW 100th Ave., Davie. Open 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Rev. Samuel Delevoe Memorial Park, 2520 NW Sixth St., Fort Lauderdale. Drive Thru. 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday.

Champions Hall, 6601 Boulevard of Champions, North Lauderdale. Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-6 p.m.

North Lauderdale Community Affairs Center, 7765 SW 10th St., North Lauderdale. Sunday 8 a.m.-6 p.m.

CB Smith Park. 900 N. Flamingo Road., Pembroke Pines. Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-6 p.m..

Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium, 3700 NW 11th Place, Lauderhill. Open 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Coral Square Mall, 9469 W. Atlantic Blvd., Coral Springs. Walk-up. Enter at the southwest entrance of at the intersection of University Drive and Atlantic Boulevard. This is a park-and-walk-up site, not a drive-thru. Open noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Mullins Park,, 10000 Ben Greiger Drive, Coral Springs. 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.

Tradewinds Park, 3600 W. Sample Road in Coconut Creek. 3700 NW 11th Place in Lauderhill.

Nova Southeastern University, Rolling Hills 7901, Suite 206, Davie. Walk-up COVID-19 vaccination site open to all residents. Monday-Wednesday noon-8 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. No appointment necessary.

Vizcaya Park, 14200 SW 55 St., Miramar. Walk up. Tuesday-Saturday 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

Vincent Torres Park, 4331 NW 36 St., Lauderdale Lakes. Walk up COVID-19 vaccination site open 9 am – 7 pm Wednesday through Saturday. No appointment necessary.

Broward County: Eligible homebound residents may register for vaccines in their residence by emailing homeboundvaccine@em.myflorida.com or by calling 833-930-3672.

Lauderhill: Residents can get vaccinated at John E. Mullin Park. Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment, call 954-730-3008 or go online at lauderhill-fl.gov/covid-19. Call center hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

Miramar. Miramar Regional Park, 16801 Miramar Parkway, Miramar. COVID-19 vaccines available 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Saturday. No appointment required. homesafe1st.com/covid 800-935-9505.

Miramar. Lakeshore Park, 8501 Sherman Circle, Miramar. COVID-19 vaccines: Wednesdays 9 a.m.-noon; Fridays noon-5 p.m. No appointment required. homesafe1st.com/covid 800-935-9505.

Sunrise. William “Bill” Kling VA Clinic, 9800 W. Commercial Blvd., Sunrise. Walk in COVID-19 vaccination clinic for VA patients who are essential frontline workers. 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday-Saturday.

Tamarac. MD Now, 4640 W. Commercial Blvd., Tamarac. COVID-19 vaccines will be administered only to individuals with verified insurance coverage. mymdnow.com/covid-19/vaccine/.

CVS: Sign-up is at cvs.com/immunizations/covid-19-vaccine. People without online access can contact CVS customer service at 1-800-746-7287. Walk-in appointments are available. Same-day scheduling, including appointments as soon as one hour from time of scheduling, is also available at CVS.com

Walmart is distributing vaccines at its Florida stores. Eligible individuals can make an appointment at walmart.com/COVIDvaccine. Appointments will be scheduled based on vaccine availability

The Department of Health “pre-registration” website can be found at myvaccine.fl.gov. Residents can be notified directly when appointments near them are available at state-run COVID-19 vaccine sites.

Palm Beach County

The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center is offering the COVID-19 vaccine to veterans of all ages who receive care at the VA, by appointment and on a walk-in basis. Veterans must be able to return to the same site for their second dose. For more information visit westpalmbeach.va.gov. Vaccines are available Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. each day while supplies last at its main campus in West Palm Beach. The vaccine will also be offered by appointment only at select Community Based Outpatient Clinics:

Delray Beach CBOC, 4800 Linton Blvd., Suite E300, Delray Beach, 33445, Wednesdays and Fridays by appointment only, call 561-422-5220.

West Palm Beach VAMC — Building 14, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, 33410. By appointment, call 561-422-5220; Walk-ins, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. each day.

Health Care District of Palm Beach County is offering COVID-19 vaccinations to patients during regular doctor’s office visits at all of the nine C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinic sites throughout the county, which are located in areas of need. Appointments can be made by calling 561-642-1000.

Boynton Beach. Ezell Hester, Jr. Community Center, 1901 N. Seacrest Blvd., Boynton Beach. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To make an appointment, visit boynton-beach.org.

Boynton Beach. MD Now, 1625 S. Federal Highway, Boynton Beach. COVID-19 vaccines will be administered only to individuals with verified insurance coverage. mymdnow.com/covid-19/vaccine/.

Delray Beach. Delray Beach Health Center, 225 S. Congress Ave., Delray Beach. COVID-19 vaccines available, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Jan. 19 and Jan. 26. No appointment necessary. palmbeach.floridahealth.gov

Delray Beach. Delray Beach Fire Rescue, Station 111, 501 W. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach. DBFR firefighter-paramedics administer COVID-19 vaccines 9 a.m.-noon every Tuesday. No appointment necessary.

Delray Beach. ARCpoint Labs of the Palm Beaches offers Moderna COVID-19 vaccines at its Delray Beach location, 4989 W. Atlantic Ave. Appointments can be booked online at arcpointlabs.com/delray-beach, and walk-ins can be accommodated at the end of the day, after 2 p.m. on weekdays and 1 p.m. on weekends. Patients who receive COVID-19 vaccines from ARCpoint Labs will receive a discount code for 10% off an antibody test, to be taken at a later date. Call 561-576-9700 for information.

Homebound. Homebound residents who want a vaccine should e-mail HomeboundVaccine@em.myflorida.com with name and phone number to put in a request. Someone from the Florida Division of Emergency Management will contact people within 72 hours to collect more information and schedule appointments. FDEM is not accepting phone calls for this program.

Lantana. Health Care District’s C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinic, 1250 Southwinds Drive, Lantana. COVID-19 vaccines available 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday to Friday at its mobile unit in the parking lot. No appointment needed. hcdpbc.org

Riviera Beach. Wells Recreation Center, 2409 Ave. H West, Riviera Beach. COVID-19 vaccines available 1-7 p.m., Jan. 20. No appointment necessary. palmbeach.floridahealth.gov

West Palm Beach. Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County West Palm Beach Health Center,1150 45th St., West Palm Beach. COVID-19 vaccines available Mondays only 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Jan. 17and Jan 24

Palm Beach County: People can sign up to be on a waiting list and get alerted to availability of appointments through the state’s website at myvaccine.fl.gov. The district also is scheduling new appointments at https://bit.ly/2MM24OJ.

The Health Care District of Palm Beach County. All registrations must be completed electronically at vaccine.hcdpbc.org/. For those with no internet access, the Health Care District’s help line is at 561-804-4115.

Miami Beach. Walk-up vaccination site at 17th Street and Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach. Open daily 8 a.m.-7 p.m. for Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines. No appointment required for first dose. Second-dose appointment will be scheduled after administration of first dose.

Miami Gardens. Hard Rock Stadium, 347 Don Shula Drive, Miami Gardens. Drive-through COVID-19 vaccines available 7 days a week 8 a.m.-7 p.m.. 888-499-0840.

Florida Division of Emergency Management: The state has been offering vaccine appointments at Miami Marlins Stadium and Hard Rock Stadium. Residents can monitor 1-888-499-0840 for availability. People are urged not to arrive more than 30 minutes before their appointment; anyone with an appointment is guaranteed a vaccine.

Mount Sinai Medical Center: Mount Sinai has been providing vaccines to Miami-Dade County residents who are 18 and older. Residents can monitor 305-674-2312 for availability.

Opa-Locka. Helen Miller Center, 2331 NW 143 St., Opa-locka. This site is open seven days a week 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Walk-ups accepted. Visit MyVaccine.FL.gov.

Sweetwater. Ronselli Park Youth Center, 250 SW 114 St., Sweetwater. This site is open Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.. Walk-ups accepted. Visit MyVaccine.FL.gov.
