Grayson County court pleas announced

Grayson County released its list of court dispositions this week. They are:

15th District Court

GREENE, JEFFREY SCOTT
38, from Denison, pled guilty to Robbery and was sentenced to 14 years in prison.  Greene also pled guilty to Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

BOWEN, BRUNSHA
19, from Sherman, pled guilty to Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Bowen was also sentenced to two years in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance-Cocaine. Bowen also pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance-Cocaine and was sentenced to two years in state jail.

BLACK, SHELBY LYNN
31, from Royse City, pled guilty to Theft Over $1,500 – Enhanced and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

GRIGSBY, MICHAEL
37, Denison, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance-Cocaine and Failure to Appear  and was sentenced to eight years in prison and a $1,000 fine. Grigsby was also sentenced to five years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance-Cocaine.

ALLISON, MARC ANTHONY
21, from Denison, pled guilty to Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced to eight years in prison.  Allison also pled guilty to two offenses of Failure to Appear and was sentenced to two years in prison on each.  Allison also pled guilty to Burglary of Building and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail.

DAVIS, DUSTIN CLYDE
26, from Gainesville, pled guilty to Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to eight years in prison.  Davis also pled guilty to Escape and was sentenced to three years in prison.

ARCE, ROBERTO MERCEDES
28, from Collinsville, pled guilty to Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced to four years in prison.

HOWARD, JOSHUA
24, Houston, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Assault Causing Bodily Injury-Family Violence-Enhanced.

CLARK, DAVID GRANT
54, from Gordonville, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Driving While Intoxicated 3rd of More and was sentenced by the judge to four years in prison.

COLEMAN, CLEESTER MARIE
52, from Kentwood, LA, was sentenced by the judge to two years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of her probation previously granted for Delivery of Controlled Substance – Cocaine in Drug Free Zone.

HARRIS, RICKY EUGENE
45, from Denison, pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury - Family Violence and was sentenced to  two years in prison.

FRETWELL, TONY
46, from Denison, was sentenced to 14 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

21, from Dallas, was sentenced to nine months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle.

50, from Howe, pled guilty to Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to nine months state jail.

27, from Sherman, pled guilty to Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to nine months state jail.

28, Collinsville, was sentenced to 180 days in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of her probation previously granted for Endangering a Child.

34, from Sherman, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to five years prison, probated for five years.

COLLINS, TIMOTHY LEMON
37, from Princeton, pled guilty to two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years state jail, probated five years, and a $500 fine on each.

37, Denison, pled guilty to Criminal Nonsupport and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for five years, a $200 fine, and restitution.

20, from Trenton, pled No Contest to Forgery Government/National Instrument/Money and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $1000 fine.

LESTER, DANIEL
47, from Denison, pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury – Family Violence and was sentenced to six years in prison.

MOORE, JOY NAKIESH
25, from Denison, was sentenced to five years in prison for failing to comply with her probation previously granted for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine in a Drug Free Zone.  Moore was also sentenced to 15 months in state jail for failing to comply with her probation previously granted for Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle.

JOHNSON, GREGORY LAMONT
33, from Tulsa, OK, pled guilty to Tampering with Government Records and was sentenced to five years in prison.

MEDRANO, PHILLIP CHAD
34, from Howe, was sentenced to three years in prison for failing to comply with his probation previously granted for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.  Medrano also pled guilty to Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 180 days in state jail.

24, from Sherman, pled guilty to Tampering with Physical Evidence and was sentenced to three years in prison.

20, from Sherman, pled guilty to Aggravated Robbery and was sentenced to ten years in prison.

WILSON, LARRY DALE
21, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to five years in prison. Wilson was also sentenced to 12 months state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Possession of Marijuana.

33, from Sherman, pled guilty to Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and was sentenced to five years in prison.

TOLLIVER, CHARLES LEE
71, from Runaway Bay, TX pled was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Theft over $20,000.  Tolliver was also sentenced to 18 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for three cases of Theft over $1,500.
