Corinne Wright, 30; Aubrey Wright, 12; Aniyah Seaborne, 8; Julian Seaborne, 5; and Ariabella Seaborne, 2, died as a result of the fire in the 9900 block of Glass Road.
Officials are awaiting a positive identification on a sixth victim, a woman, from the state medical examiner, according to a news release from Chesterfield Fire and Emergency Medical Services.
Three other people, who were inside the home when it caught fire and were taken to the hospital, have been discharged, officials said Monday.
Chesterfield crews responded early Friday to the two-story, single-family home in the Mayfair Estates subdivision off of Courthouse and Hull Street roads.
Fire officials said Monday that the home had working smoke detectors and there is no evidence of foul play.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Chesterfield fire marshal’s office in conjunction with county police detectives.
The first crews to arrive at 12:17 a.m. encountered “heavy fire on the first floor in front of the residence” with heavy smoke throughout the first and second floors, Chesterfield Fire Chief Edward “Loy” Senter Jr. said during a news conference at the county’s public safety building on Friday.
One victim was found dead in a room where the fire is believed to have started, and several others were located on the first floor and removed by firefighters.
“Multiple other victims were located on the second floor and were removed by firefighters using ladders in the rear of the residence,” Senter said.
In all, nine family members were inside the home at the time of the blaze, Deputy Fire Marshal Joe Harvey confirmed Saturday.
The fire was declared under control at 1:53 a.m. Friday.
Since the tragedy, two fundraising pages have launched on GoFundMe to support the blended family: Search “Help Cyd lay her beautiful angels to rest” and “Help the Wright and Seaborne families.”
As of 9 p.m. Monday, 700 people had donated a combined $44,235 between the two campaigns.
