Coffee And Walnut Cupcakes

Ingredients

For the cupcake

  • 200g butter, well softened
  • 100g light brown sugar
  • 100g flour
  • Two large eggs
  • 2 tsp instant coffee, mixed with 100ml boiling water, then cooled

  • 200ml whipping cream
