  • Tennis courts are no longer open for use. The gates on the courts are closed and locked. People should not be using them.
  • Rims have been removed from the basketball courts.
  • Other sports and games such as soccer, baseball, softball, football, etc. should not be taking place in a game format.
  • Playing catch while maintaining social distancing in a group of five (5) or less is acceptable.

We realize that this is a difficult time for everyone and that people are looking for activities to get themselves and their families out of their homes and to get their minds off the pandemic. The actions listed above were not implemented without much thought on the impact that they have on our residents.
These changes to the usage of our Town Parks were implemented with the health and safety of our residents in mind. Once again, we would like to thank our citizens for their understanding as we work though this difficult time together.
