Seattle Parks and Recreation hosted the 18th annual Polar Bear Plunge, Wednesday at Seattle’s Matthews Beach. The New Year’s Day tradition continues to draw a sizable crowd, which organizer Janet Wilson of Seattle Parks said was just shy of 2000 in previous years.
