Vice President Mike Pence arrives at a campaign event for Gov. Scott Walker at the Oneida Golf & Country Club on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 in Green Bay, Wis.

MARINETTE - Vice President Mike Pence will return to northeastern Wisconsin next week after canceling a previously scheduled stop in the region last month.

The vice president's office announced Wednesday that Pence will tour and speak at the Fincantieri Marinette Marine shipyard on Nov. 20. The visit comes nearly a month after Pence visited Pleasant Prairie to push for passage of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement, which aims to update the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Pence was also scheduled to visit the shipyard that day but canceled his appearance.

Pence will depart for Indianapolis after his stop in Marinette to speak at a reception for the Strada Education Network National Symposium.
