Summer is officially sizzling out, and its three quickly-engaged couples—Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber; Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson; and Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas—all remain unwed. They're each planning their ceremonies at varying rates: Last month, Grandson was the fan favorite to get married first, but more reporting has since emerged about each couple's progress. Bieber and Baldwin were literally seen going to get their marriage license yesterday, so their wedding is imminently happening.

Here, an overview of everyone's wedding planning progress.

Grande released Sweetener and touched on her wedding planning directly in two interviews. They are in no rush, she said: "It’s not soon soon. It’s going to be like, next year," she told Good Morning America. "We’re going to take our time to plan it. We’ve been like planning and my friends and I, my mom and everybody have been like, brainstorming and sharing ideas and stuff, and it’s really fun. I work so much. I’ve never spent this much time or energy planning something personal that feeds my soul so much and my heart. I’m going to cry. I’m so excited. It’s sick. It’s really fun."

Timeline-wise, it'll be more than five months from now but less than five years, Grande said in August. Sometime next year seems to be the verdict from Grande.

These two are likely getting married within the next 60 days, as the couple was reportedly seen seeking a license at New York City's Marriage Bureau yesterday. (New York law dictates that the license is only valid for 60 days in the state.)

Baldwin told The Cut earlier this week that she envisions a wedding with "lights strung everywhere" and that she thinks "having it in the woods would be so beautiful." Her dress designer had been picked, but the dress wasn't made yet. Her wedding planner was choosing a spot preferably on the West Coast—but more likely now upstate New York, given the license restrictions and Baldwin's family living there. Baldwin and Bieber have also been seen touring and visiting a lot of upstate New York lately.

This sudden momentum comes after People reported last month that Jailey was slowing down their wedding planning because "it was getting quite intense and they realized they want to enjoy being engaged for a while,” a source told the outlet.

Us Weekly, meanwhile, reported they had had a wedding venue hiccup in mid-August. “The venue they had their heart set on wasn’t available for this fall so they’re waiting for other options,” a source said then. “They didn’t put pause on anything. They just want to make sure their day is perfect and exactly what they want.”

Given all that, an October or November wedding (with the pretty New York fall foliage) looks very likely, if not sooner. Later than September looks the most possible, as Baldwin, a model, could be walking fashion month shows in London, Milan, and Paris. Fashion month ends October 3, giving her the rest of the month to go ahead with the wedding, work-commitment-free.

Chopra and Jonas already started their pre-wedding rituals with their formal engagement ceremony, known as a roka, in India last month. Chopra is planning a traditional Indian wedding, but her mother told India's Daily News and Analysis that full thing definitely isn't happening any time soon.

"They haven’t decided on a wedding date yet. It’s too soon," Madhu Chopra said on August 22. "These are just baseless rumors. Both of them have work commitments right now which they need to finish. They will take some time to decide where they want it and when they want it."

Ahead of the August 18 roka ceremony, a source told E! that the two were planning a short engagement. "Priyanka wants everything to be traditional to respect her family's values, and definitely an Indian wedding," that source said. "All of the plans are moving quickly and Priyanka and Nick do not want to have a long engagement." No greater detail beyond that has been reported by outlets yet.
