My personal therapy approach is to acknowledge and support my client through accepting that God is the expert and change agent in life. I consider it an honor to partner with others through this part of life's journey to seek healing and recovery through acceptance, knowledge and effort. As a professional counselor I will assist my client in in setting realistic goals, and helping to recognize strengths and supports to compensate you in your pursuit towards wholeness.

I work from a Christ centered, Biblical based foundation set of values. Theoretically, I utilize Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Client Centered frameworks. Through systematic approaches and compassion I use models and techniques, along with others to comprehend patterns of thought, behaviors, and uncover solutions.

Through the therapeutic experience I empower clients to be mindful in consideration of daily choices and habits that ultimately digest into a lifestyle. I believe that healing and recovery is attainable for all.
