LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office reports there are 27 deaths in the county from their recently released coronavirus tracker. That figure is notably higher than the 16 deaths the Pennsylvania State Health Department lists.
The state Health Department releases totals at noon every day, which takes into account both positive cases and deaths recorded 12 hours prior.
