Northeastern Minnesota has the deepest snow cover right now. The Thursday snow depth map from the Minnesota State Climatology Office shows at least 4 inches of snow cover in most of Minnesota, with 8 inches or more in northeastern Minnesota and parts of north-central Minnesota:
