Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine listed his Beverly Hills, California, home Wednesday for $47.5 million.
Mr. Levine bought the home in March 2018 for $33.9 million under a private trust, according to PropertyShark records. In the year since he and his supermodel wife, Behati Prinsloo, purchased the residence, they’ve put approximately $8 million into renovating the interior, exterior and grounds, said listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency.
“It’s an estate that feels like a home,” he said. “It’s the perfect blend of old Hollywood glamour and 2019 state-of-the-art amenities.”

The 10,376-square-foot home, which was built in 1933, has five bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, according to the listing. Amenities include a movie screening room, a gym and a guest house.
Sitting on about an acre of land, the home is surrounded by manicured lawns and features a swimming pool, a tennis court, a putting green and an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, according to the listing.
The Loma Vista Drive property is gated and hedge-lined for extra privacy.
Mr. Rappaport said the couple has listed their Beverly Hills home so they can live closer to their children’s school. The couple has two daughters, ages 2 and 1.
