SAGINAW, MI — A longtime party supply store in Saginaw has new owners and new offerings.
Ce’Erica Allen, her husband, DeVario Allen, and her mother, Christy Ferguson, are the new owners of Katy’s Kards, 1200 Court St. The shop, known best for its selection of greeting cards and party balloons in hundreds of styles, has been in business for about 25 years. Ce’Erica Allen described it as a “staple of the community.”
