Wood County court: Sentences handed down in the week of Aug. 17

» Justin M. Haupt, 37, Marshfield: felony battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, misdemeanor retail theft, felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse incident, all as a repeat offender, and probation revocation; 1½ years in prison, two years extended supervision, two years probation, absolute sobriety, take medications as prescribed, $3,124.82 and any counseling deemed necessary; probation was for felony retail theft.

» Daniel B. Willison, 42, Arpin: misdemeanor disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse incident; 14 months probation, absolute sobriety, $500 and any counseling deemed necessary; a 90-day jail sentence imposed and stayed.

» John C. Burrows III, 31, Wausau: strangulation and suffocation and disorderly conduct, both as a domestic abuse incident; three years probation including six months of jail with work release, $900 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Zachary R. Koltz, 33, Nekoosa: two counts each of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor theft; 10 months in jail with work release, three years probation, $2,817.53 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Steven L. Triechel, 43, Wisconsin Rapids: misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer; one year probation, $358 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Stephanie L. Graupner, 28, Saint Croix Falls: felony misappropriation of ID information; three years probation including 75 days in jail with work release, may have day-for-day credit for inpatient treatment completed successfully, no contact with victim or their residence, $1,196.42 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Taylor M. Fischer, 30, Nekoosa: being party to a crime of manufacturing/delivering Schedule I, II narcotics, two counts of manufacturing/delivering amphetamine with the intent of delivering to or near a jail as a second or subsequent offense and firearm possession as a convicted felon, all as a repeat offender; five years in prison, three years extended supervision, absolute sobriety, $2,072 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Amanda V. Kuehnhold, 24, Auburndale; unlawful entry and misdemeanor theft; two years probation, $2,020 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Shawn A. Banck, 41, Bloomer: felony methamphetamine possession; three years probation including 90 days in jail with work release, $518 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Tyquone M. Luckett, 26, Wisconsin Rapids: misdemeanor battery, two counts misdemeanor bail jumping; three years probation, $1,629 and any counseling deemed necessary. A one-year jail sentence with work release was imposed and stayed.

» Joseph T. Murabito, 30, Wausau: misdemeanor disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse incident; one year probation, $1,453 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Brandi L. Allison, 47, Wisconsin Rapids: second (or more)-offense felony marijuana possession; $443.

» Joshua L. Lockhart, 26, Almond: felony criminal damage to highway/vehicle; two years probation, no contact with victim, $518 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» James J. Nitek, 42, Sheldon: felony methamphetamine possession; three years probation, $518 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Ashley S. Meharg, 31, Auburndale: second-offense drunken driving; 45 days in jail with work release, 16 months driver's license revocation, 16 months ignition interlock and $1,429.

» Tony L. Hoover, 29, Coloma: felony substantial battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct; 90 days in jail with work release, $2,433.13 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Tracy L. Cormier, 35, Wisconsin Rapids: disorderly conduct; one year probation, $443 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Michael T. Mahoney, 44, Medford: being party to the crime of misdemeanor retail theft; $808.50.

» Gina D. Zibolsky, 55, Crandon: misdemeanor criminal damage to property; $400.

» Demetrius U. Jimerson, 39, Stevens Point: fourth (or more)-offense driving with a revoked license; one year probation including 50 days in jail with work release and $443; a 320-day jail sentence imposed and stayed.

» Johnny R. Kroupa, 29, Au Train, Michigan: misdemeanor retail theft; $715.

» Brian P. Mathews, 43, Wisconsin Rapids: fourth-offense drunken driving; three years probation including 120 days in jail with work release, absolute sobriety, 36 months driver's license revocation, 36 months ignition interlock, $1,000 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Treyton L. Webb, 26, Wisconsin Rapids: probation revocation, 1½ years in prison and 1½ years extended supervision, $961 and any counseling deemed necessary; probation was for felony bail jumping and misdemeanor battery as a repeat offender.

» Eric R. Larson, 31, Ashland: felony narcotics possession, three counts negligently abusing patients and second-offense drunken driving; three years probation including six months in jail with work release, 18 months driver's license revocation, 18 months ignition interlock, $6,184.23 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Kenyante T. Hamilton, 39, Hammond, Indiana: felony heroin possession with intent to deliver; five years probation, absolute sobriety, no controlled substances without a valid prescription, $1,630.50 and any counseling deemed necessary.

» Miguel A. Caldera Vargas, 34, Friendship: felony taking and driving a vehicle without consent; 244 days in jail and $2,901.50.
