Sizemore was “taken into custody for DUI and possession of narcotics, but has since been released,” the Glendale Police Dept. PIO said.

“He cooperated with police and didn't struggle.”

Sizemore, who starred in the hit movie Black Hawk Down, was arrested a year earlier, on January 5, 2019 during a traffic stop.

His Mercedes-Benz E350 did not have a front license plate and the registration tag for the rear license plate was expired.

“Police officers ultimately searched the vehicle and located illegal drugs suspected of being methamphetamine and heroin,” Burbank Police officials previously told RadarOnline.com. “There was also drug paraphernalia found in the car.”

Both Sizemore and another man, Kevin Oberlin, were arrested and booked in Burbank City Jail for possession of drugs and were later charged by the Burbank City Attorney’s Office on Jan. 10.

He took a plea deal in the 2019 case and was on probation for a year. If a judge determines he violated his plea agreement he may be facing jail time.
