DENVER, CO — Many people have flocked to Denver from other states over the past few years, seeking new job opportunities, an outdoorsy lifestyle and mountain views. The Mile High City is one of the 'most coveted' places to relocate in the country for all age groups, according to a recent Clovered report.

Analysts surveyed Millenials, Generation Xrs and Baby Boomers to find out which cities they covet the most, and Denver came out on top in all three age groups.

Colorado Springs was also ranked in the top ten cities for all generations.

Denver had the following metrics:

  • Average one-way commute: 27. 3 minutes
  • Regional price parity: 106 (a calculation that shows how much a certain amount of cash will buy you in a given place, based on a national average indexed at 100)
  • Violent crimes per 100K residents: 413.9

Memphis, New York City and Baltimore came in 48th, 49th, and 50th place, respectively.
